Registration for the 2021 Chichester Open Studios Art Trail is currently open. If you would like to take part in the event, you can register your details online using our handy form.
It is impossible to predict, at this early stage, whether a Trail can go ahead in May 2021.
So we have devised a 4 phase plan of action to best deal with changing times in 2020 – 2021.

You will not be able to partially complete or save the form – it must be completed in one session. So the following preparation will be helpful:
Once you have completed the form, you can pay the registration fee of £75 (reduced fee for 2021 only) by online BACS payment (online payment is preferred, but payment by cheque is an alternative).
2020 artists please note – the 2020 fee will not be carried over to 2021, see Newsletters sent in March 2020.
Please be sure to proof read your registration because the information you provide here will be uploaded directly to your website page and used for your Trail Guide entry.

Every artist will have their own webpage containing 3 images of artwork, Venue information, and up to 200 words for a statement or biography. Please add any further information you would like to be included such as social media usernames.Note: Only enter the username itself (without @ symbols etc.)

Please submit 3 images of your artworks. The first will be used in the Trail Guide and all
three on the website.
Upload your images. This is your advertisement and the best way to attract
your visitors, so please submit good quality images, ensuring they are
eye-catching and convey the essence of your work. Crop out anything that
detracts from the artwork. The squarer the image the better, as this will
maximise use of your allocated space.
Please submit as JPGs ONLY.The size per image should be between 1MB and 3MB.
Image files should be named with your own name and an image number e.g. joebloggs1.jpg.

If using cheque, payments must be received within 5 days in order for your
registration to be valid.

The committee retains the right to refuse entry and artists failing to fulfil these declarations may find themselves disqualified from future events.
