It is quite a thrill to see the site buzzing with so much new art!
NEW FOR 2020
MORE PUBLICITY FOR ARTISTS ON THE ART TRAIL WEBSITE
Each artist’s webpage has previously carried only a listing of your website name and your other forms of online presence. This year, so visitors can’t resist, we have created online links directly through to your own sites and social media platforms – you are just a click away!
Visitors can now readily gain greater insight into your practice and work via your own publicity vehicles as well as ours.
THERE ARE 46 NEW ARTISTS THIS YEAR
A particular welcome to all new 2020 Trail artists! We very much hope you will enjoy being part of this popular event.
There is some information for you in the next section of this Newsletter.
As this approach seemed appreciated by both artists and visitors last year, Venues have again been subdivided into 5 regional Trails. Visitors can explore one Trail at a time, or hop around the whole Trail as they choose.
However, this year we have varied the circuit to follow a route through the Peninsula, Regis, City, Downs and Harbour. We change the order each year so that no one regional Trail has a consistent advantaged position in the printed Trail Guide.
GUIDE FOR NEW ARTISTS
On the website, under Join Us, you will find this information aimed at artists new to the Trail. It may also be helpful in general, and also to any artists who have not participated in the Trail for a while. View the Guide for new artists
ART TRAIL BUDDIES
Some seasoned Trail artists are kindly offering their support to any new artists who would welcome a guiding hand through their first Art Trail experience.
If you would appreciate a Trail Buddy, contact us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org
