Personal Statement

I fell in love with glass after doing a course at West Dean a few years ago, since then I’ve attended many courses in and around Bristol developing my skills and experimenting how glass can be fused together. I use powder, stencils, paint, moulds and other forms to shape the glass after firing. I set up my studio at home to enable me to carry out workshops for beginners and advanced users. Some of my work can be found at the 'Little Art Gallery' in West Wittering. Exhibited @ TheRareBrands Market the last 3 years. I also undertake commissions and local craft shows. Currently I run a 'fusers club' where locals can come and make pieces, purchase their own raw coloured glass and design within a group.
